The painful consequences of a trapped family’s choices just got hellier in the second trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s new film, Knock at the Cabin.
The film, which will be released on February 3, is about two parents (Ben Aldridge and Hamilton Jonathan Groff) and their young daughter (Kristen Coy) are on the run in a country cabin, but a nightmare turns when strangers with guns show up and ask them to choose: sacrifice one of their family members or start the apocalypse.
The first trailer, released in September, set the stage for what we’re in for. The latter, released by Universal Pictures, goes into brutal detail about what a family must watch, endure and live with every time they refuse to give up one of their own for the good of humanity.
The film also stars Dave Bautista, Rupert Grint, Nicky Amoka Byrd and Abby Quinn.
